Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Approved return instructions and the return address will be provided after you contact us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the return is caused by our mistake, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the related costs.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
Because our products are 3D printed in small batches, minor layer lines, texture differences, or small color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us through our website contact form.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards and items clearly marked as final sale cannot be returned.
