For questions about an existing order, please include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please allow up to 2–3 business days for a response. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Email is our primary customer-support method. Messages sent through social media may not be seen as quickly.

Please do not mail a return without contacting us first. Approved returns will receive instructions and the appropriate return address.
